May 4, 2019 - Amador 4 Fires at the Amador County Fairgrounds. Ignite your senses at this all day Wine and Food Festival. May 4 and 5, 2019 - Experience the sights and sounds of as many as 80 infantry, Cavalry horses, and civilians at the historic Kennedy Gold Mine, Jackson, at Civil War Days presented by the National Civil War Association. The Civil War comes alive at the Kennedy Gold Mine with living history activities and battle re-enactments presented by the National Civil War Association (NCWA), the second oldest continuously existing Civil War reenacting organization in Northern California. The Second Saturday of each month the Historic Knight's Foundry is open for tours at 10am, 12pm and 2pm
